Slip Slidin' Away

You guys. I'm hopefully not slipping or sliding, but I am going away today! CBC '10, here I come! (And I'm extra excited about the conference now because I'm part of a surprise and that is so fun and exciting but I can't tell you because it's a surprise and so you will know later-not now.)

I kissed and hugged my boys like crazy last night and sent them to Nanny and
Bapa's house. I will not see them again until Sunday or maybe even Monday, if they're in bed when I return on Sunday night. Weird. I'm quite in love with them and will miss them with my heart panging around.

Here is one of them, the Asher variety, having some summer fun (which must always include water guns and
Oreos, in my humble opinion)...

The cheeks. La sigh....

Alright, Peeps. Lots of love to you. Can I tell you how glad I am that you're here? I really mean that. I grow more and more surprised all the time that people would come back to this space over and over again to read my words (however light and fluffy, such as today). I really can't even begin to articulate how grateful I am to you, so I won't try or this post will get too long and I'll miss my plane.

Peace out.

Perfect summer fun. And I love the grass stuck to him, too. THAT is summer.

Have fun Heather!

Already prayed for safe travels and a fabulous time before I even set foot out of bed this morning.
Have a wonderful conference. :)
And, yes, I'm getting the water guns out for my little ones this summer, too. Fun! {But no oreos because ohmyword my oldest cannot do sugar plus a weapon!}

Love these pics. LOVE. I have to say though that it's hard to look at the sky when you have such a cute distraction in the foreground :)

Enjoy CBC. Can't wait to hear all about it.

Such Summer sweetness.

I was just lamenting to a friend yesterday how Youngest's face is starting to mature. The cheeks are on the move, stretching into little boy, long-face territory.

La sob.

Safe travels! I know you're going to have a blast.

sad thing is that those cheeks go away!! :( As I put together my son's graduation video, I just wanted to be able to climb into the photos and kiss those chubby cheeks just one more time!!!

Have a great time!!
